The home building market is becoming more competitive so Building Companies need to be more sensitive to their Clients experience. Both in securing the sale and in the delivery of the home. Builders that schedule well, do well and also enhance their customers experience.

 

Speaker Bio

I have spent over 20 years developing systems and processes to successfully project manage builds, and over the last 11 years have worked with developers to create Rave Build Management.

I have a practical and thorough understanding of the building industry, having successfully project managed builds and also completed the Diploma in Architectural Design.

I have also attained Waikato University’s Diploma in Management. But my passion has always been sales and the customer experience, and was a top Australasian sales Rep.

I’m a little OCD, so in addition to these recognised qualifications, have strong organisational and communication skills.
